If you are traveling to Florida from outside
the USA, you should take note that it is the norm to provide a gratuity to the
server of your meal. Typically you should tip 15% of the bill value, and up to
20% for exceptional service or if there is a larger group (8 or more) in your
party. The reason that the food is such good value is that the prices are kept
low because they pay the serving staff low rates, which are augmented by tips.
