These prices are for the entire villa rental per week (7 nights) and not per person. All rates are inclusive of tax, electricity, water, air-conditioning, linen and towels. 

RENTAL RATES ARE INCLUSIVE OF SOLAR POOL HEAT

Gas Pool heating is optional and recommended from Oct through April at a charge of US$20.00 per day / UK £ 10.00 per day 

The Villa is fully licensed for up to 12 guests and inspected by the State of Florida.

 

*Please note - two week minimum required for Christmas and Easter bookings*

*Stays of less than 7 nights incur a one time cleaning fee of US$100.00*
